As we prepare for the release of VOL III of The Fallout, we get some glimpses that key plot questions are finally getting their answers.

The story started on the 1st September, with the release of VOL I. Chapter One had a sneaky unplanned release earlier in the summer to give a flavour of what was to come, but then at the end of September we got VOL II.

The story was steadily progressing, revealing more and more as to what happened after that infamous ending of The Enigma.

‘Would this be her final word…’.

We found out no, she managed to survive, but the story has meandered around many questions that just needed time to bake for their answers to come alive. Now, as we approach VOL III, some of these are ready to come out the oven.

There are five volumes to this story, so we are now officially over halfway through the enigmatic sequel to the Enigma series. A lot has already happened, with eleven enticing chapters already available to read over on the Brandon’s Books app. However, this roll out was different for me. Now that my previous novel, Journey’s Begin is finished, I used this model for the first time during the roll out of that book, the sequel to The Painter’s Muse. I loved many aspects of this new way of rolling out a full story, but I wanted to learn and refine for this rollout. So far, each volume has had its own era, its own social takeover. Distinct colours, from orange, to blue, to white and now to a dark green.

Imagery is so important to my stories, every story I have written. My writing style is very descriptive, I want to always paint a vivid picture of where you are and what is happening in that moment, and The Fallout is no different. This time, I wanted that imagery to make its way through to the marketing of the book. I have always marketed my stories, but this time I feel The Fallout is the first book to get a fully-fledged era, with each volume renewing interest into the famous question, what happens next?

I hope you continue to love The Fallout, and I hope you enjoy where the story is going and eventually the whole story as a whole!

You can access the story so far and future chapters on the Brandon’s Books app.
